　本作は，三人称視点のシューティングゲーム。プレイヤーは，弾丸の軌道を曲げたり，時間の経過を遅らせたりといった特殊能力を持つ主人公ウェスリー・ギブソンを操り，悪の秘密組織「フラタニティ」を追うことになる。
