Steamで“非常に好評”を得るパズルアクションホラー「Bendy」シリーズの最新作が発表に

　Joey Drew Studiosは2024年4月18日，パズルアクションホラー「Bendy」シリーズの最新作が開発中であることを，「Bendy」公式Xにて明かした。


　「Bendy」シリーズは，2017年に1作目「Bendy and the Ink Machine」が，2022年に2作目「Bendy and the Dark Revival」がリリースされたホラーゲームシリーズだ。どちらも廃墟となったカートゥーンアニメスタジオを舞台としており，インクの悪魔「インクデーモン」たちに襲われながら，さまざまな謎を解き明かしていく。

　明るく楽しいはずのカートゥーンアニメをテーマとした不気味な世界観や，本作のマスコットキャラクターである「Bendy」などが人気を呼び，Steamでは2作ともに“非常に好評”の評価を得ている作品だ。プラットフォームや発売時期などは明かされていないが，現在プリプロダクション段階に入っているとのことだ。

　なお，「Bendy」シリーズは先日，映画「ジュマンジ」の新シリーズなどをプロダクションしたRadar Picturesにより，映画化が進んでいることも明かされている。こちらも詳細はまだ不明なので，合わせて続報に期待したい。
